Who do I talk to about a birthing plan?

I'm the type of person who wants to know all the facts before I make a decision, I don't like feeling like I don't know something.. I'm in a specific clinic at my hospital for pregnant teens my midwife is AMAZING and their team doesn't have like 10 staff it's just 2 so I'm not dealing with more than one person every week, I love my midwife I want her in there with me but I don't see her until 32w. My 28w appt is next week with the doctor who I haven't met yet, would he/she be able to give me all the same facts and help me or is it best to ask my midwife?

Like if you want an epidural or not. And if you ask for dont give it to you. If you would like music. If you would like to walk around or sit up. Jus how you want your labor to go..

My wide if went over one with me when I was about 35 weeks.

But I don't know anything about what I want :( I was given a pregnancy history booklet with everything to do with the medical side it involves sections of quitting drugs n drinking, my mental and physical health my parents health my partners health and then a birthing plan to fill out with check boxes

You jus type or write one up and present it to them at the hospital when its your time.
