some kind of movement!  Come on baby!  lol.  (16 weeks is still early but I'm hoping to feel something soon!)

I felt mine for the first time at 17 weeks then it really picked up at 18 weeks....

OK it is your first. Like I said I think I felt kicking earlier then when I definatly knew it was kicking. the early kicking can definatly feel like gas, at this point since you are still early along what you are feeling really could be gas or baby :)  but don't you worry before you know it you will be feeling full on kicks and wishing you could go back to the flutters especially when it's a rib cage kick :)

I have been getting fluttering feelings for a few weeks now but it always turns out to be gas.  Last week I felt something like a bubble bursting but not really positive if it was the LO or not.  This is my first so I am really anxious!

is this your first baby? For my daughter it took me up to about 22 weeks to feel movement, but I think that is because I didn't know what a baby really felt like and I was too busy at work :)  I kept thinking there would be more of a distinct feeling and there definatly was not, more of a flutter type movement, I am curious the next time around when I will feel it since I will have more experience?
