Woman on Top position good for conceiving

We are trying for pregnancy and we are doing it with woman on top.Is it a good position to conceive as I keep hearing mixed talk that it is difficult to conceive in that position as there is possibility of sperm leaking out.

I have to say it's whatever position feels best for the both of you, am currently pregnant and my last 3 have all been conceived with me on top. I just made sure I lay on my back for half an hour or so afterwards.

Position doesn't matter. As long as he ejaculates into you, the sperm will get where they need to be. Something will ALWAYS leak out. It happens--what goes in comes out kinda thing. What IS leaking out however is seminal fluid, and is NOT all the sperm. (I've seen hundreds of posts where women think all the sperm is coming out, and it's not. There's a few million sperm in one drop of semen) Usually it's nothing that you need and isn't important.

I should also mention, that all the "tricks" to conceive don't actually do anything. These would be keeping your legs in the air, pillow under the butt, etc. You can do it if you think it helps, but there's not really a point. When I got pregnant I would immediately get up, wipe myself clean, urinate and then shower.

yes i agree with the above poster. however, i heard doggy style also works, as long as u can keep sperms inside by elevating ur bottom with a pillow. i been aslo ttc for our 1st with no luck but we usualy use"missonary". Good Luck:)  n give us update:-)
