The main rule with exercise during pregnancy-as long as you don't increase exercise & you have been healthy & fit pre pregnancy then its most definitely a positive-its great for mama & baby!
Just know your limits & you'll be fine!!
I LOVE swimming during pregnancy-but tbh 3rd tri onwards I just float lol :)

I walk abt 15 mins a day and I feel so drained.... I'm also 5 weeks, so I guess maybe it affects ppl differently.

It should be fine, although the first trimester is the most vulnerable in terms of miscarriage and such, so if you have any risk factors you might take it easy. Most docs say that you can do the exercise that you did prior to pregnancy, it's just important to keep dehydrated, make sure that your blood pressure doesn't go to high and that you don't overheat. Exercise is generally good for both the baby and you during pregnancy, just listen to your body and don't overdo it.

No. When it comes to exercising it is good for you. What is not good is to get your body temperature up really high, so keep it reasonable and of course drink a lot of water.
