Get better shoes, go to like a store that sells scrubs (like nursing scrubs) they ussually have the most comfortable shoes because nurses are on their feet all day. I wore them when I was a cna and they saved my feet. Feels like walking on a cloud. They won't stop the swelling but atleast you will be little more comfortable. Oh! Get panty hose made for swelling! I think walgreens or walmart has them. They are called compression hose. And I just googled that walgreens sells "maternity support hose" and they help with circulation!
For your back you could try the pregnancy cradle it helped my back at that stage of pregnancy. Good luck.
I'm 33 weeks and have a job on my feet all day as well, ask you boss for more tasks that require you sitting down. Its hard and it gets worse but its worth it being able to provide for your baby.
You should tell your boss. They have to allow you breaks and/or place to sit. And they can't fire you for being pregnant. That's illegal.
I work 10 hour shifts by myself with no break. I stand on my feet the whole time:( by the time i'm done i can't walk lol i know how you feel. If i would say anything, my hours would get cut :( i've also peed myself twice because i don't get a break. Not good lol
Yur pregnancy wont effect yur job. They have to respect that u r pregnant. I was on my feet alot at work but my boss understood. But i havent worked for about 2 weeks now and im due in 2 days
oh wow.. Idk how I'd deal with that...we stand for 3 hours straight on an assembly line
I would talk to my employer and let them know you need small "sit down breaks" throughout your shift. Reducing your salt intake and increasing water intake can sometimes help too. I had to cut all salt out of my diet but im still swollen. Epsom salt baths also help reduce the pain of swollen pains
See if you can sit more, and try to walk. I used to feel awful standing still, but walking was okay.
I haven't told them yet because I don't want them to feel like my pregnancy is effecting my job and I definitely don't want to get an hour cut.

Yes speak to your boss about being able to sit sometimes or take small breaks. They have to accommodate for you now that you are pregnant. It's the law. I have a chair behind the till at the store I work in. I am able to go sit if I feel tired or my back aches
