I'm 5 and a half months pregnant and about 3 hours ago I noticed my lower abdomen started to tighten up as if the baby keeps balling up but it comes and goes and is really uncomfortable. Don't don't if this is normal or if I should worry?
Are you still having then every 5 mins? My doc says if they don't go away with a hot shower, water, and rest, then go to l&d
When they would stop they would last about a minute or so then would start up like 5 min after
