Worried about my fiance?

My fiance is 23 and is usually very regular with her periods. This month she was supposed to start on Wednesday but didn't, and had only spotting on Thursday. She hasn't had anything since and we're worried she might be pregnant. She says she's not stressed and hasn't mucked up her birthcontrol at all in the past month (although she did the month before). She's complaining that her stomach "feels hard" and we haven't done anything in bed for 3 weeks because of my being sick.
I'm mostly worried because last time she was pregnant she had an ectopic pregnancy and ended up miscarrying and didn't tell me until the day of. It looked pretty painful and it's something I don't want to put her through again.
She's worried because she doesn't want to be pregnant on our wedding day and we can't really afford a baby right now.

I'm just wondering if her period being missed and her hard feeling stomach could be due to anything else. We would go buy a pregnancy test but we can't afford it this month, and we would go to a doctor but we don't have one.

IF God wants to give you a baby, HE will provide the baby with everything. so just dont worry too much. God will take care of everything. n' you will defnitly see the difference. It remind me one of my friends story, they never thought of having the baby soon, but it happns all of the sudden, she doesnt work, her hubby work at the resturnt, they were living in a appartment. with no car. when she was preg.(of course its important to have a car) so, they got the car. and when she hav the baby, they brought a house for much cheaper price (at that time). they get welfare assiatnat too. that just inspired me to move on, we are not that rich, but that nver back me to think to have a bay. also, the strange thing is, God will bless you with a baby, on a very perfect time. :) so just dont get upset b relax, n' enjoy :) Good Luck.

I live in Canada and we don't have Wellfare or Planned parenthood, but I did find a clinic that will help us for free if I can convince her to go. I've never thought of looking at a dollarstore for one, so I'll go look there too. Thank you for your responces, I only want to make sure she's happy and healthy.
I'm not quite sure what we'll do if she is pregnant though, while we do want a baby and would love them no matter what, I'm not sure we could provide for them. It's not that we're no income or even low income for that matter, it's just that we have so much debt. I mean, we make over $100,000 a year combined but we still sometimes struggle putting food on the table.
And the only problem I have with having a baby even if we did have the money is that we both have disabilities, which makes me wonder what the chances are that any child of ours would be completely healthy.

Planned parenthood has free pregnancy tests. Also most dollar stores have very accurate pregnancy tests that only cost a dollar.

Sometimes there are places that do free pregnancy testing. Look into that. Also places that can talk to you about other options as far as what could be wrong. Good luck.

Totally agree with the above poster you NEED a HCG test. If your on low income or have no income there must be somewhere that can give you emmergency care?? Your right to be concerened if shes had a previous ectopic.... It defo makes sense to get her checked out ASAP

well, just take a home pregnancy test to make sure. well, if you are low income, n' starting a family, i think Well fare can help through. or WIC progragme or something like that. I am not familier with these, you can ask at any public helth care for more info. well, we been trying for almost 5 months with no luck.
