Worried

I stopped using BC in early August since my husband and I wanted to start a family. I am 26 years old and have never been pregnant before.
In September I was two weeks late (which has never happened to me before). I went to the doctor after several failed urine tests and she said it was unlikely but did a blood test anyway: NEGATIVE :( I got my period and it seemed normal.
I am currently 57 days since my last period. Meaning I have gone nearly two months without a period. Around the timeI should have had mine in October I had some slight brownish discharge like I was about to start. However, I only noticed it when I wiped and it was only for a day, I have taken several at home pregnancy tests and they have al come back negative.
I am wondering if perhaps I am in the very early stages of pregnancy and therefore it won't register on a urine test? I have been extremely tire lately, to the point that going to bed at 8 is not a problem at all. I have become very nauseated to the point I have actually thrown up at work. All around I just don't feel well...

Could I be pregnant even with the negative home tests?

Appointment did not go as planned at all. I will be going back Friday for multiple tests including a blood pregnancy test. Due to my history and family background the doctor also wants to check me for diabetes, check my thyroid functions and re-evaluate my CMV.

After i stopped my bc when my husband and i wanted to get pregnant after maybe 6 months i realized that my period was only coming once every other month so i went through lots of pregnancy test before figuring this out. My cycle was like that for about a yr after bc but im finally pregnant now

The home pregnancy test works by detecting hCG in an urine. Some tests can detect it very early but usually the result is more accurate after missing a period. If ur doc couldn't detect it in ur urine or blood I don't think u r pregnant. Stress about becoming pregnant can make u feel sickish. When I was TTC every month I had potential pregnancy symptoms but it was because I wanted it so bad.

If u are late it should show up on test. U probably need to see a doc but it could possible be ur nerves cause u are thinking about it and worried. If it was me I would make an app. And see a obgyn and have them see what is causing it. Good luck
