I went in for my first ultrasound at 51/2 weeks and then again at 61/2 weeks (if my dating is right) and we just saw a gestational sac and I don't really have any pregnancy symptoms. I'm worried nothing is going to be there again (dr said we can do one more to verify which would be 7 1/2 weeks). This is my 4th pregnancy all ending in miscarriage! I'm working with a fertility specialist. I have been on progesterone suppositories, baby asprin, folic acid, prenatal vitamins and enoxaparin.
Nothing could be seen on my five week us.... internal scan showed sac... (my profile pic)
Had scan yesterday at 7weeks 2 days and bby has grown soo much :) we couldn't see heartbeat nor hear it but the dr doing the scan said the heart is beating well :) & we got a print off of our lil blop :)

Ps. I've no symptoms but tiredness and boobs are a little sore but nothing mad..

It's never to late to change your doctor if you don't feel comfortable.. I would have a hard time trusting him after that would happen
I know the feeling ive had a belighted ovum in 2011 miscarried at 4-6 weeks and in 2012 this same doctor I'm seeing tried to do a cerclage at 20 weeks he ended up busting my sac and my baby got an infection so we ended up losing our baby girl :( I hoping he's just off in my weeks with this baby I should if found a new doctor I don't have faith in this one
My doctor did not have me do blood work for this either yet. He wants me to do blood work next week to see the numbers drop, but he has nothing to compare it to besides the ones from 5 weeks (I had a few done before I could go on shots and suppositories). I hope all goes well for you! It is very scary! I have gone through 3 miscarriages and this will be my 4th if we don't see anything new on my ultrasound to comfirm again at 71/2 weeks. It all just makes me want to give up on having my biological child.
I know your worried feeling I'm so confused right now per my lmp I should be 8 weeks 6 days but then I had my first appointment on 5/8 my Dr said I measured some where around 5 weeks now today I had my second appointment he said the baby's only measuring 6 weeks from the first appointment the baby actually double in sized but he still didn't see the heart beat and since I was spotting he said it could be a threatened miscarriage so he told me to go back next week to see if there any changes what I couldn't understand is he hasn't did any blood work shouldnt he have order blood test atleast to check my levels
Dont take the pill just tell him you want to miscarry naturally i had a blighted ovum but before i knew i still had hope and wanted to wait just in case. you dont wanna take the pill if it couldve been okay a few weeks later.
With my other pregnancies I heard the heart beat by 6 weeks but again those all ended at 10 weeks or less. My dr had me stop all meds (baby asprin, enoxaparin, and progesterone suppositories) I fell like I'm not pregnant but I'm not bleeding. After this next ultrasound around 7 weeks he wants to give me a pill to help my body get rid I the sac.. I just don't know what to do :-(
You won't be able to see anything until at least 8-9 weeks. I wouldn't worry yourself. Most doctors won't even do an ultrasound before 9 weeks.
My mom. Thats all they could see for a while but she kept telling them to check it again and then finally they saw a heart. :) youre still early dont worry. I could barley see mine at 6 weeks 3 days because it was hiding in the corner. Some girls dont see anything farther along than me and I'm 8 weeks. Just tell your doctor to keep checking just to make sure and if it is a miscarriage just miscarriage naturally.
They did not hear anything and did not see anything in there :/ they heard you baby at 5-6 weeks? Or did you mean 8 weeks and 5 days when they heard the heart beat?
