Would you look at my ultrasound again, please

Oookay, well this to me sounds weird... but 3 people have asked if I'm having twins because of my ultrasound. But I don't know what their talking about. The ultrasound tech only took pictures of one. And I've said to them that I don't think there is two in there.... Wouldn't the tech have caught that? lol Anyway, I cropped my ultrasound so that it wouldn't have my name on it because it's a public forum and all... but I made it bigger than the last one I posted....

I don't see it but can anyone tell me even remotely where they'd seen another baby? I think their nuts! lol
I'm 13w4d...

I also commented on your pic, if that was another baby in there i would for sure be concerned I too only see one developed, that dark area in there doesnt resembly a baby at all, doctors know what there looking at they see hundreds of u/s and pregnant woman every year they would let u know if u had another child in there, it could be your ovary or like other side some other organ

I commented on the pic on your album but will reiterate myself here.  I only see one baby.  What others may be thinking is a second baby is OUTSIDE of the uterus...most likely another organ.  INSIDE the uterus (the dark part on the left) is ONE baby.  It appears to be a head/face and torso and you can see one hand and what appears to be a leg as well.

This is based on my experience from 8 pregnancies-6 of which were fullterm...all of which I had numerous ultrasounds during.

It is definitely a cute baby lol :]

It's so funny because when I got the ultrasound I cropped it down to show just the baby and was so excited that I'd look at it everytime.. DF looked at the picture they gave us and that's how it all started.. I tried so hard to convince him it's just one baby... lol

Personally I don't think it looks like twins, only because of the distance between the two. Any twin ultrasounds I've ever seen are very close together and it's very noticeable. I can understand why they might think that, but it looks like an organ to me.

If we had two, we'd love it... DF would love it more but I'm more focused since we are going to be first time parents that it be one lol...

I'd love to see it if you can find it :)

A friend and I were discussing the picture and thought it could have been an organ. I wasn't even into this until they kept at it asking what is that... or how many is in there lol... All in all I find it funny and just like the different guesses on it now lol :)

if you are talking about the space on the right, that is like your bladder or something like that...I had an ultrasound pic that looked like that and I asked my dr. and he said it was something, I just really cant remember what lol....if I can find my pic I will post it so you can see, and trust me I only had one baby each time

That's what I was thinking as well.. I have a friend on fb who said she did not find out she had fraternal twins (sp?) until she was 17wks... That would be a little scary for me not knowing until later on lol...

But the picture I added to my album, does show something weird in there under the arrows.. Which even if it's not a baby or whatever it may be... I still want to ask my doctor in two weeks what that area is... It'll now bug me until he tells me Lol :)

I can see what they "think" they see... I added it to my album if anyone cares to look. I don't want to make another post lol.... I added arrows to it... Still confusing but that's what they were talking about lol

Honestly I don't see two. I had twins and at 9 weeks there was very clearly 2 different babies we could see on the u/s. If you think there could be two...request another u/s or talk with your ob about it.
