Yeast infection?

Hello! i am 15 weeks pregnant and have been treating for a yeast infection twice since i was 6 weeks. They give me that akward vaginal cream Nyaderm and it does absolutly nothing for me! I have told both doctors ive seen that i do not have any itching, swelling or discomfort. I only have this thick whitish-yellowish discharge coming out of me. Could it be something other than a yeast infection? (and NO i cant switch doctors, i live in a very small and remote community)

It could be something else or nothing at all. Have they run any actual tests. That would be my next request. It may not be a yeast infection at all. Good luck.
