Are u getting a burning feeling wen u go toilet
Drink loads of cranberry juice.. An there a cream u buy for nappy rash thats works brilliant.. It comes in de sme colour box as thrush cream..
I had one about a month or so ago n they gave one lil pink pill n it was gone in about 3 days n told me to eat yogurt n stay away from sugary stuff cus yeast loves sugar (n of course I didnt listen) n told me to use a cream just to help with itch which for me I didnt really itch I guess I hadnt had it that long but if u cant get rid of it u should ask ur dr about that pill
Blind? No, I don't think the baby can get blind. They may contract thrush from you on their tongue, but I have never heard of blindness.
Canesten cream stops the outer infection, if its internal see your gp.
When I had it as a child, my doctor recommended plain yogurt. Not any flavors or fancy stuff. The cultures in the yogurt really help it.
To be honest I'm not too sure . I know that if you have any kind of infection when your delivering it could affect the baby but I don't know about the cream. I'm pretty sure since the doctors say its okay to use it it's because it's safe for you and the baby. Don't quote me on that . Ask your doctor list to be in the clear because like I said I would NEVER use Monistat again because of what I experienced
You really need to tell your doctor that its not working and that you need something else. There could be something else that will work like a charm. Don't waste your time with the same cream that isn't working. Yeast infections are no fun at all. Talk to your doctor asap, you don't have to continue dealing with this.
And do the pills affect the baby because i heard that the cream can harm the baby and if you still have the yeast infection when in labor the baby could come out with the infection or blind do you know if its true?
Yes Monistat is safe but if you have never used it before becareful. I had a yeast infection about a month ago and my doctor told me to use over the counter Monistat which I listened but I've never used it before and had a severe and I mean SEVERE allergic reaction. So I got prescribed pills for it instead. Never in my life will u use any kind of cream again
