Young mothers.

Are younger mothers more likely to be overdue ?Something I heard a while back. I'm 17 by the way.

Not at all, i was 15 when i had my first and he was 5 days early.

My mom was 18 w/ my older brother gave birth 37 weeks

No but i was 17 when i gave birth the first time and i was induced because i was 10days late:( lol

Im 17 (18 next month) & in the hospital on bed rest for pre term labor. Im 30+3 & the doctor said ill be lucky to make it to 34 wks. Ima first time mom. So I'd say everyone's different

Nope. I had my daughter when I was 16 & I had her at 36 weeks, she was perfectly healthy! We both did so good I went home the next day at 12 :) hopefully you have it easy to! ;)

No, but everybody is likely to go overdue for their first baby. My birth class told us to add 8 days to the due date and assume that's the date. Everyone is different though, the baby will come when its ready!

Naaa im 17 too nd about to b 7 months and i think my son will come earlier causs he seems bigger then what they said.
