abdominal pain

I'm 12 weeks pregnant having abdominal pain. It's almost as if they are contractions. They come and they go. Its been this way for about an hour now. Like every 15 mins or so I get this really bad pain:/ should I be worried? I have no bleeding.

No:/ I was asleep and the pain woke me up:/ it's like a sharp pain that lasts for a couple of seconds then goes away and comes back again like 15 mins later for a few seconds then stops and 15 mins goes by then again. Idk what it could be. And thanx I'll try that

Is it better if you're not moving at all? I get really sharp pains in my belly and its just round ligament pain my doctor said. I'm 18+4 but as long as you're not bleeding and the pain doesn't get worse I think you're fine :) try taking some tylenol and applying heat.
