aboout six wks and no baby only yolk sac

hello I just had a misscarriage about 9 weeks ago and found out that and now pregnant about 6 weeks, however i did not have a period after misscarriage. So I dont know my exact gestational time.  I went for my second u/s an still no baby, but now I have yolk sac, compared to first u/s, i dont know my current bhcg level, OB wants me to have another u/s next week. I had blighted ovum misscarriage last time, do u think this normal or I will misscarriage again?

You would Only still be early if You only miscarried 9 weeks ago which would make me believe it is normal for only the yolk sac to be sighted.
Congragulations, blighted ovum can be a horrible experience and I am happy for You to now be given another chance =)

There's really no way to say what the chances are that you will miscarry again.  Even if you are a full 6 weeks it's possible that it's just too early to see anything.  The fact that you had one u/s showing nothing, then had another that showed a yolk sac is a good sign.  Hopefully this next u/s will show the fetal pole.  Many, many women have miscarraiges, blighted ovums, ectopics etc and go on to almost immediately get pregnant again have a healthy full term pregnancy.  Good luck and please let us know how your next ultrasound goes.
