there was actually a test done it was on nbcnews and YES it did say 6.5..... i kno i got tht number rite. or else i wudnt of written it. i understand a level of 5mIu is an average unpregnant woman, but it was 6.5---- i was kinda surprised.
First Response has been clinically tested to test as low as 12, not 6.
I have been late for my monthly for 1 day, I have had pink spotting like the beginning of this week that lasted for two days, I have now taken two different types of home pregnancy test and they both came negative, can I be pregnant and be given unaccurate results?
yes i have looked at research, and the first response early results test can detect pregnancy couple of days after conception...... at 6.5 mIU ---- i believe. other tests detect from 20, to 50 the walgreens brand detects at 100mIU....... thats pretty much AFTER a missied period.
Definitely get First Response (the line test, not digital).
The box only say the best time to take is in the monring with the first urine of the day. But Im going to buy a more expensive test the one my boy friend had bought was a cheap dollar test from dollar tree lol
It should be pretty accurate, however a FRER test is better to take if you're testing before your missed period.
It can be fairly accurate one day before your missed period. It should say on the box how effective it is each day before your missed period so it might say something like 80% effective.
