Yes, zantac 75 is safe during pregnancy and helps! I take it daily

Buy you a bottle of acid reducers they last 24 hours and seem to help me a lot I sometimes have to take tums also but at least its gone for the most part. And there safe while pregnant!

I feel your pain honey I've been popping Tums to help me, they don't last too long but long enough for me to feel like eating hope you feel better soon
