I'm kinda lucky, I'll get one or two pop ups, but for some reason this pregnancy makes me feel super sexy lol.

I'm the same way. I had no acne at all, but the one day it just started popping up everywhere. I've tried everything to control it, but nothing works, but like the ladies above me posted it will go away after you give birth. My doctor told me if it doesn't clear up then she would prescribe me some cream or something to help it go away.

I had the most beautiful skin my whole life and then when I was pregnant with my son I was so broken out it was awful. As soon as I gave birth and my hormones leveled out I cleared right back up. Six days late for my period last september I looked at my husband and said we need a pregnancy test I'm pregnant. He asked how I knew and I told him it was the only explaination for my being so broken out and sure enough I was pregnant lol. It'll clear up but there's really nothing you can do sorry

They'll go away after you give birth.  Just those lovely body changes we go through being pregnant :-)
