advice and hurry

So I need someone's advice.
My stomach tightens for a minute or two then it releases, it feels like im gunna get sick and I feel off.
Can someone tell me what can cause that this is my second baby but I didn't have this with my first

I hear your supppsed to go if you get 5 consistent ones in an hour. It sounds like braxton hicks contractions to me but if you say theyre that painful i would keep an eye on them.

Ok. Then do they turn into real contractions?
With my first pregnancy I had silent contractions so never felt them or know what they feel like.

And in two hours maybe 3 times.

Ok so nothing to go to labor and delivery for then? But can it cause me to be wide awake?

Braxton Hicks contractions. It's normal not to have then with your first but then do have them with subsequent pregnancies.
