I was like that too with my first pregnancy. Towards the end of my pregnancy i was even hospitalized for severe dehydration. I had been prescribed phenergan for nausea but eventually couldnt hold that down. But fresh fruits always settled my stomach or placing a piece of cilantro on my tongue miraculously always instantly made me feel bettet

Be careful your not dehydrated because that will make the sickness worst and isn't good for you or baby.. I was awfully sick my whole 1st trimester and now I'm in my second its only occasionally. But I ended up in the er a few times because I couldn't keep anything down and got really dehydrated..after the IV I always felt better and could keep something down for the day my Dr tried me on zofran, reglan, and another one but all of them only helped a day or 2. Sometimes nothing helps :/ but there's a bunch u can try.. crackers, preggy pops, Ginger gum, tea, Ginger ale, eating small meals. Good luck!

Talk to your dr.  During my first pregnancy i was extremely sick the whole time.  They prescribed something that helped, sorry i don't remember what.  It didn't completely stop me from throwing up but helped a lot.  I was at least able to keep food down.  Try taking you prenatal at night and I've heard ginger helps.  Good luck!  It really is all worth it and more at the end.

I have had the worst sickness my whole pregnancy! I'm 26+4 and I have had heart problems, gastritis and everything else you can imagine! My doctor is wonderful though and has switched my medicine around until we figured out what would help enough for me to get food down and hole it down... Zofran made my head feel like it would explode so we ruled that out... Reglan made me use the bathroom constantly, so that was thrown out! Phenegran gel worked for the day! I put it on about 30 mins before I ate and any other time I felt sick. And at night they tried an old wives tale that WORKED! B6 vitamins and unisom. I could eat before I went to bed and wouldn't wake up sick bc the unisom knocked me out and B6 helps with nausea. Talk to your doctor and see what they can do! And good luck, I sure hope you feel better soon!
