advice please ASAP

Okay so for a little background, with my first son I started labor if and on from 28 Weeks on contractions constantly they stopped it multiple times and eventually the contractions continued but the progression on my cervix stopped until they induced me a few days before my due date. I'm now 30 Weeks 3 days with my second, I've already started contractions once at 24 Weeks and had it stopped. But the last week or so I've been staying really uncomfortable, back pains and everything. Saw one of my doctors on Friday and she just blew it off as it's just pregnancy. The last few nights I've been paying closer attention and noticed I've been having sir of contractions but they aren't really getting.strong or painful I just stay constantly uncomfortable so I haven't gone in because I've gotten used to it from when I had my first son (pregnancies are really close together) and they would send me home and tell me to relax. Anyways so I checked my cervix and noticed it's pretty soft and I have an opening that I can fit the tip of my middle finger in. I'm not sure at
this point of I should be able to feel that or if I am in fact starting a preterm labor again. This go round I've been putting alot off because my first experience was very similar and there wasn't anything the drs could really do for the continuous contractions so I've just been dealing with the uncomfort. I guess what my real question is, should I be concerned and find out if it is in fact preterm or just continuing resting since I experienced this before?

He feels really tense but yeah he's been moving not a whole lot the last couple hours but I think he's sleeping. Usually between 12-3 he's really active then afterwards goes to my right side bulges up and gets pretty still life he's sleeping. I drank so really cold juice and about to lay on my side to just double check but I'm sure he's okay just where he is when I do contract is making it more uncomfortable hopefully he'll scoot over some lol

Well I'm going to try to wait until morning and actually talk to my dr because I called and talked to a nurse and she was just rude and completely unhelpful

For ur peace of mind u should be on top of this...if u think ur cervix is open u should go & check it out. I know sometimes it's tiring to go in & out of the hospital it happen to me i been contracting since 28 weeks but not painful & also i am risk for pre term but still went in & make sure...it's better to be safe than sorry ...
