advice please.

ok so me and my partner don't have sex often. We had sex last night and everything was fine. But about half 9 this morning I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a lot of discharge on the toilet paper and had blood in it. Not sure to be worried as I've had a lot of spotting in this pregnancy. But could this be a 'show' cause I'm only 29w 3d. But I feel stupid going to the midwife everytime I have a little bleeding cause there never anything wrong.

U should not feel stupid goin 2 the midwife at the end ov the day it only them that can check and make sure ur baby is healthy plz don't feel silly even if u call and ask there opinion about it? Maybe its just he was a little rougher than usual or ur a little more sensitive? But I don't think it should b much 2 worry about unless u r bleedin continuously and its gettin heavyer and also if ur havin contractions hope this helps x
