always wanting to cry

Okay so I'm 27 weeks and everyone keeps telling me my hormones will get better to me I feel like they are getting worse I'm getting moodyer and I feel like I'm gonna cry more often I don't understand is there anything I can do

I agree with louie, just let it out. There are so many hormones going through our bodies and sometimes we just cant control the emotions. Im 40 weeks today and all I want to do is cry!!!! Know that you are certainly not alone. Maybe it is something you can bring up with your doctor just so they are aware of how you are feeling. let it happen once in a while. just let it all out. there is a cocktail of hormones in your system and a lot of emotions happening too. sometimes the best thing you can do is acknowledge it and let it happen. hopefully that will give you some peace for a little bit.
i'm sorry no one else responded...i have a bunch of unanswered posts myself.
