am I doing every thing wrong?

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and I have a 2 year old son when I was pregnant with him I did everything by "the book" I feel like I'm doing every. Thing wrong with this one it's really hard for me to stop smoking with this one I cut way back. Too like 3-4 cigarettes a day I drink coffee and probably not eating as healthy as I should I don't know I feel like I'm doing every thing wrong can some one please give me some advice?

I didn't smoke with my first but I couldn't quit during my second pregnancy. She is now 15 months old and VERY smart. It didn't affect her at all. I was able to quit this time. Its so hard to quit so I understand you feel. Good luck!

Not saying it is okay to smoke but I did with both my pregnancies and it did not negatively affect either. My son is a healthy 2 1/2 YR old and my daughter is a beautifully healthy 2 week old :) good luck and don't be so hard on yourself!

As long as you don't drink a pot of coffee a day you're good. I drink more caffeine now then I did pre pregnancy. My doctor told me to drink it when I don't feel baby move. I also don't eat the healthiest either but I slip in a fruit or veggie once a day. The smoking I'm not sure I quit because I got to sick to smoke
