am i giving my baby enough nutrients???

OK. Since I became pregnant I found that its hard for me to eat! I'm just not hungry. I've been
Tracking my calories to make sure I'm eating enough. But on Monday wensday Friday I take physcology
Courses . I don't usually eat from 7am till 2 pm. I know it can't be good for the baby
I'm 15 weeks today. But weigh 221 lbs. How bad is it for the baby. If I force myself to eat it always comes back up.
I was thinking about drinking protein drinks that you would get from a store when I can't eat. Is that safe. Please..any feed back. Thank you!

As long as your gaining the right amount of weight it's ok to not eat that much. I actually lost ten pounds one month because I would throw up everything I ate. I am now 35 weeks and have gained exactly what they consider normal.
