anxiety

Today ii feel super anxious for no reason....called my ob because I have a history is anxiety attacks.she said the baby doesn't even know and will be fine.it gave mea little peace of mind. I Dinny want to take meds . Do any of have anxiety? If so what helps you

I had horrible anxiety before I was pregnant and after I told everyone I was pregnant it kinda just went away. I have them now and then but nothing like before. My doctor did tell me if he happens alot he could give me meds seeing that my anxiety was bad. And of course it wasn't the.meds I was in before bc its unsafe for the baby.

Yeah I just spoke with my primary doctor and wants to see me when i'm 12. All I can do is take it easy. I really don't want meds.thank toy for your input
