anyone use a hpt twice?

heres my story,i went off the pill about 3 mnths ago,i had a period for a cuple of weeks after,so im just getting back to normal now.i was due my period and did not get them(this week) but when i was 2 days late i had bleeding and taught that was my period but it wasnt much and only lasted a few hours..so i taught it could be implantation bleeding,i was kinda stuck at home as car was out of action so i used a hpt that i had used before, which was neg,but when i peed on it,i got a faint line in the possitive window.. so can you get implantation bleeding after your period would be due,and could the hpt be right?? thanks

I just took a HPT was due last week and had a million negatives from 3 days before AF due till 2 days ago (1 week after af due) and this morning done a test and got a faint 2nd line. Then like the idiot i am i used the same test and  the 2nd line disappeared. Obviously im taking the first result as accurate.  Baby dust to everyone ttc! :D xxxxxxx

Implantation bleeding occurs about 4-8 days after possible conception and can occur after your period was due if you ovulated late into  your cycle.

A HPT can not be reused.

Well you cannot reuse a hpt and get accurate results. You can be pregnant, but try using a new hpt. Bleeding in early pregnancy is common. I'm 6 weeks along and had spotting (only once when I wiped)... so it could be that you are pregnant.
