apartment seeking

Me and my SO are starting to look for apartments. I just turned 18 the end of last month. This will be our first place of our own! We have a 3 and a half year old daughter and I am currently 18 weeks pregnant tomorrow. We qualify for apartments, but got asked if we want a 2 or 3 bedroom. The 3 bedroom is obviously a little more money which is fine. I was just wondering what everybody else thought about a 3 and a half year old and a newborn both getting their own room? Is it easier than them sharing?

Yeah my daughter will be 4 a week before I am due. I think we will go with the 3 bedroom. Thank you all!

If i could afford a bigger place we so would. By the time my daughter is born my son will be 4.5yrs old and they have to share a room. I wish they had there own rooms but our duplex is only a 2 bedroom. My biggest thing is i don't want our daughter to constantly be waking up our son thru the night cuz he is in school and needs his sleep. So were putting our daughter in our room the first 3months then moving her to their bedroom.

I have a 3 year old and I have a 2 bedroom. The baby gonna be in my room most of the time anyway. An I say when your lease is up and he's about 1 move up to a three bedroom.

I think if you guys can afford it then you might as well get the 3 bedroom. Then they can each have their own space.

My daughter has her own room and so is my son. I think it's better that way, since she takes naps during the day. I don't want the baby waking her up, or her feeling like she doesn't have her own room/space. :)
