[email protected] need to be rude sayinq touch up on her Law info, are yu a Lawyer ❔ well i doubt it, i qone thru it myself &n knw for a fact that even if the child does not have the Father's last name the Mother can still qo after him for Child Support...all it means is they will make them take the DNA Test that ge has been Off &n On askin about anyway, &n if she decided to qive the baby his Last Name he would still have to take the DNA Test unless he is there at the hospital to siqn that Birth Certificate, &n if does that &n siqns it then she doest need a Test cause he just siqned sayin he was tge Father so that's his bad...i even have known a couple of qirls who put a dudes on Child Support who siqned the Birth Certificate &n they were not the Father but they could not qet a Test done or do nothinq about it because they had already siqned.

That's not true!! You can still get him for child support even if he doesn't have his last name. When you file they will give him a paternity test through the child support enforcement. So don't give him the name girl! He don't deserve it. And the only way he could put you on child support is if legally he is the full time parent. Which I don't believe you would give to him consideringbhow crazy he sounds
Your situation sounds so similar to mine! My baby's father is 30, still living w/ his mom, only "caring" for 1 of his kids... but not really. Ugh.
I was told to just get a test, & take it to court for support.
You can get him for child support even if the baby's name is Bozo the Clown. Assigning paternity doesn't hinge on the baby's name.
I do wonder why this guy seemed like a good choice to have a baby with.
If the child doesn't have his last name you cannot legally get him for child support. I would suggest touching up on your law information. I'd also sit down and consider your options. Call a lawyer/attorney and get their opinion on what to do. Seems to me like he's a dead beat dad anyways....
Yea doesn't sound like he is doing a whole lot.. I wouldn't be concerned about you having to pay child support or anything of that sort. I honestly wouldn't give him the last name or agree to 50/50 custody especially if hes not even the one caring for his other two kids. Hos mother doesn't count..
I would say let him get his lawyer tell him you will get him for child support if nescessary and even talk to his mom if your close, let her know what hes doing because regardless of it all thats her grandbaby and she'll back you up, but remember if u know she doesnt like you dont go lol.. but the lawyer stuff isnt scary one bit because your the mother and will get everything over him every time
