baby movements

I'm 38 + 5 and baby has been very quite allllll day. Only thursday i was sat in hospital strapped to a monitor cause the midwife heard two decreases in babys heartBeat. I'm seeing the midwife tomorrow but i'm actually worried now :(

Thank you for your suggestions :) went on a monitor as soon as he heard his own heary beat he went crazy!

Drink a fizzy drink and lie on your side! That's what i was told to do, good luck x

The baby is really big at that point they don't have much room to move and also they sleep for 90/95% of the day now. But deff ask ur doctor to be on the safe side.good luck

Ive seen alot of ladies say to drink something ice cold helps baby move

I had something sweet, a warm bath, a big meal, something sweet to drink, a lay on my side and i dunno what else i could of done, sat waiting to be put on a monitor again now

The hospital staff suggested to me when i was having issues to drink some fruit juice and eat a snack and try to lay down and count... have you tryed anything else
