What does everyone use for sore back or hips? Do support belts help? What's better ice or heat?

Try sleeping with pillows between your knees. And Tylenol, heat works better for bone pain definitely, icy hot if you're used to it. (felt like my skin was melting off) and warm baths

Heat always seems to work for me. I was told any of those icy hot or muscle rubs were a big no no because they contain anti inflammatory..which is a huge no during pregnancy. I don't want to cause controversy its just what I was told by my doctor.

Idk about the belt, but I use a heating pad on low, or a warm bath helps as well. And tylenol is the only pain killer approved for pregnancy, so I use that as well. It never makes it go away completely, but it helps some.
