Mine didn't fizz. They say that means a girl, we'll find out tomorrow. I've heard its better at predicting bladder infections than gender.

The answers you get do depend on what you've eaten the past few days. I ate healthy, fruits and veggies, and test said girl. I ate fast food the next week and test said boy.

The test says to pee in a cup and then add a tablespoon baking soda. Stir. If it does nothing its a girl. If it foams like beer its a boy.

Even though it depends on what you've eaten and won't really tell you the gender its still fun to do. :)

I don't know how early you can do it.  It was very foamy both times I tried today.  I am hoping its wrong and we have a lil girl growing.  Everything I have read said fizzy means boy.  Nothing means girl.  We have about 7 weeks until we are 20 weeks and can find out.

I did it and it was not fizzy at all and I'm having a girl. I would think foamy would be similar to fizzy but maybe try it again tomorrow and see what happens.
