I'm 37+6 weeks and my belly button hasn't popped out. I also had surgery on my belly button at ten years old because of a hernia. So I kinda guessed it didn't pop out because of that.

With my first, my belly button didn't pop out. It was a little shallower than to begin with, but still deep

I've always had a really deep belly button. Mine is more shallow but not popped out yet! I'll be 23 weeks tomorrow.

It isn't nearly as deep as it was but I was told that between 20-25 weeks you get it. Lol turkey timer that's funny!

I was always told that when your belly button pops out that means labor is near. My family calls it the turkey timer. Lol..
