bleeding and tissue loss???

Im anywhere between 12-14 weeks haven't found a doctor yet due to chaos in my life..i know its important ....i have one little girl was premie but soo healthy and perfect i went into early labor most likely due to my stress..im small alsp but prone to premature delivery ....i've had a couple miscarriages that im sure of atleast...im now pregnant again not tl100% yet on how i feel or what i should do but regardless i am..my fiance and i havr been fighting alot lately and ill start cramping really almost every time now the ladt couple weeks especially if it's really stressful / bad / im really upset...i have panic disorder alsp n 4 serious spinal injuries still pre op my neck injury is crushing my spinal cord also im in a ton of pain normally ofcourse ....mothers day..2 days ago i started out with a small very dark blood colored spot of a clot im guessing not sure tiny..but there.then pinkish blood..on n off all day not alot in amount then tissue chunks came out of me going to the bathroom.....i thought it all had stopped researched alot then this morning started bleeding a little more darker blood this time...nwhat should i think/ do ..be concerned? ? I had pain with sll of this alsp....cramping all day then backpain....but wasn't really bas except once felt like i threw my lower back out outta no where ....help please! !:/

Hot water is bad it pushes your body temp up and can harm the baby a lukewarm bath is ok. The only thing you can really do is drink alot of water and stay off your feet for a while. If you start having bad cramps and bleed alot your probably miscarrying. If you feel lighted headed and bleeding alot go to the er asap or call an ambulance you can hemmorage and bleed to death. And if a miscarriage does happen go get checked stuff can get stuck in the uterus and cause bad problems. But it just sounds like its a threat so be careful drink water eat healthy and keep your feet up.

Thank you for the feedback ...probly right in it also:/...... where i live the hospital is hell n not somewhere u wna be honestly ivr almost died n wouldnt go in there because they do things that honestly havd killed people n sent them home and..yeah its scary i know sounds made up or misunderstood but not at all honestly ....the nearest e.r next to it is 50 mile drive to the next. Town......i have a little girl who really only can be with me and gp too really dont want to put everyone through some scary stuff if not necessary i do want to make sure im/ were both ok ofcourse! !!!!!!!!!! Don't know if ita safe to wait out longer or not and really wna bath but hot bathtub is what super charged my labor 3-91/2 in 10 min or less and no pain meds! Lesd than 10- min later had my daughter so that being said...water being relaxing will prob do tje opposite .....you think?

It could be a threatening miscarriage. Id go to the er asap
