I can't exactly answer this. I don't think anyone could except for your doctor. Your doctor may do an ultrasound to make sure the baby is alive, healthy, and growing as he should be. If there are any problems (such as a disease, miscarriage, etc.) your doctor will let you know. The bleeding is something I've only heard of during miscarriages or issues with the placenta, quite possibly. Don't listen to anyone who says "it's just implantation bleeding" because you are too far into your pregnancy for implantation bleeding to happen.
Im 23weeks pregnant and every month of my pregnancy so far I have bled. Everytime I go to the hospital just for a check as my midwife advised because it has been alot. Hope this helps
Light bleeding and cramping is normal in early pregnancy, as long as its not alot, and theres no clots. But I would check with your doctor tomorrow just to be sure.
