bleeding during intercourse

I just found out today that I am pregnant, and seeing how I was irregular, I'm not sure how far along. My phone stopped working and I got a new one, and it had all my period dates in the calander... but i did have spotting from August 2-4. I am just very worried about some brighter red blood that came during intercourse at the end of August, before I knew I was pregnant. I thought this was my period, but it didn't last at all. I miscarried with a blighted ovum last nov. so I am just nervous. I read that there is increased blood flow so some is normal, and I haven't had any cramping or any other bleeding. Please let me know what you think :)

Okay so... I went to the doctor on Fri and they did an ultrasound and we saw a heartbeat of 155! everything looked good and I am about 8 weeks now, due on May 4. We are so happy, thank you all for helping me not to worry too much.

Yeah I bled after I had sex when I was 5 weeks. It's normal .... just don't have sex until after 8-12 weeks so things aren't as sensitive. Things are very sensitive in the first trimester.

Spotting after intercourse is common in pregnancy especially early pregnancy. I've been told if it happens obstane from sex for two weeks and let your ob know. Congrats!

Congrats! Everything is a little more sensitive due to increased blood flow like you said. I was the same way when I first got pregnant too. Keep your eye out but if it's stopped and you aren't having any pains or anything then I wouldn't worry about it. Make sure you set up a doctors appointment and they'll be able to help you out to see how far along you are!
