bleeding while being 6 weeks pregnant

Hello everyone I am 28 years old and have two beautiful children that are 10 and 8 this past year I have had 2 miscarriages and about 3 weeks ago I had 4 positive pregnancy te tests at home, this past thursday I went to the hospital because I had some brownish spotting not enough to worry about but I wanted to get it check out just to see, once I got into the back to see the doctor it stopped but they went ahead and took blood and did another pregnancy test, after being there for a couple of hours they came in the room and did a vaginal exam on me and the doctor said that my cervix was closed but the test came back negative and the blood test didn't show anything. But now I have been passing a lot of clots these past 2 days and what I was wanting to know is if there is any possible was that I am pregnant and they just didn't know, and if not what could be wrong with me because my breasts are still sore and I am still nauseated in the mornings any help would be great.

Chrissy - it is possible to still have symptoms while miscarrying. A negative test after having positive tests, along with bleeding which includes passing clots isn't very reassuring, I'm sorry!
