Hello
That happend to me with my first I bled heavy and light and everything was fine, but it is always best to see your doctor of course. My doctor was always checking my HCG levels the pregnancy hormone to make sure it was where it should be.

Just lay down with your feet elevatedwith a pillow. It will stem the flow. I bled HEAVY in my pregnancy and I am fine. ...

So just keep your feet propped up with a pillow even when you sleep untill there is no sign of anymore blood!

:)

I bled twice during my first trimester, is normal in up to 25% of pregnancies. But I went to my obstetrician after it happened and she clarified that everything was fine. I recommend the same.

best to see your doc. it could be nothing to worry abt esp with no pain but bleeding in pregnancy is not a good sign.
