Im 6 weeks pregnant im bleeding bright red but no cramps.. What could it mean?

same i had that at 5 and 6 weeks go get checked! and im almost 27 weeks now so

Same thing happened to me and come to find out there was bleeding behind the placenta and they told me it would be a miscarriage but I'm almost 5 months pregnant now....don't worry to much it might not be nothing but go and get checked just in case..

yes, you are early and could be going through a miscarriage and should seek medical help. don't panic tho as it could also be other things like a tear in the placenta or something. visit your local er immediately. keep us updated and I hope all is well with you and baby

bright red blood even without cramps can be serious you should contact your dr immediatlely or go to the ER to be sure everything is ok, best of luck.
