Im nearly 12 weeks and when i was about 6 weeks pregnant and i was bleeding quite heavily and was told to expect the worse.
i had to stay in on fluid why the got me an emergency scan which they found i had a clot underneath the baby. Every 4 weeks roughly i would bleed this brown blood which did have a bit of cramping with it, but the doctor never seemed very concerned and didnt put me on any bedrest reading this has really concerned me as im i havent been offered a closer scan or anything and people on here talk about there babies dying etc im so scared now! =(
Thank you I hope mine does too
My doc told me mine would probably go away on its own. Said to just take it easy. No lifting, and kick my feet up often.
Subchorionic (sp) bleed I do believe they told me they are very small but have gotten slightly bigger
I don't remember the exact size but it was fairly large. It was almost the size of the baby. Luckily with the bed rest it went away.
Is it a hematoma or a subchorionic bleed? Just curious, cuz i began bleeding at 24 weeks. My doctor did an ultrasound and said there was a slight tear in my placenta called a subchorionic bleed. Basically there was a blood clot in between the uterus and placenta and it dissolved which caused bleeding.
I had 2 with this poignancy and they left around 22 Weeks. I'm due to deliver tomorrow and all is looking good
Thank you I appreciate it..were your very big?
I know when I had a hematoma with my first son I was on strict bedrest until I was 15 weeks.(that's when it resolved) I was only allowed to get up to go to the restroom, shower, and to my dr visits. If possible do a self imposed bed rest, it can't hurt. That way with little or no movement it may have a chance to heal. Good luck.
Im not the doctors said they are very small clots but it worries me that they have gotten slightlyI bigger not smaller mt work thank god is good to me and they are letting me take time off until my next ultrasound at 18 weeks
Are you on complete bedrest? If not u should be. I hope all goes well for u. Good luck.
