blood sugar levels?

I just took my test by finger by myself and it was 150 after eating is this bad or good.. I'm 18 weeks 5 days

That's a little elevated but not severe, is your doctor monitoring your blood sugar?

I ate at 7 and before without eating at all that day it was 108 that was a few weeks ago...but tonight it was 150

You should check two hours after eating for a more reliable indication of diabetes or blood sugar problems, before a meal you should be between 70-99 and two hours after you should be 140 or below.
