No, that's not how women know they are pregnant. I can express something right now from my breasts and I am not pregnant. Almost every female can express some form of breast discharge. Unless you're breast feeding, you should never squeeze anything from them.
Yeah don't squeeze it… And no that's not necessarily how many women know their pregnant...
Most women will be able to express something pregnant or not - you begin to produce colostrum as the pregnancy progresses and your milk comes in after the baby is born. I do however advise you not do it, as it can cause clogs and infection.
