I would pump and store the milk, but I wouldn't introduce the bottle for another couple of weeks if it were me.
With my last, she was like a month old by the time I introduced the bottle and she did just fine, but if you do it too early, he may prefer the bottle and then you may have a hard time breastfeeding after that. They like the bottle because they don't have to "work" for the food. Nursing takes work :)
well it really does go with preferrence....hes going to eat like that until he builds on some fat and ets older!! All babies eat like that..its a good thing...the only thing with your introducing the bottle is.....your milk supply is not going to be the same as if he wwas the one sucking itt out! The body can tell the differenc between your baby sucking and you pumpimg....its not the same stimulation so it produces less milk! It works like this..you cant really be sure how much your baby is taking out of you right!!?? So when your only pumping off so much its not the same..your body only puts back what was taken out!! I dont know if you know all that or not i thought i would just let you know anyways just in case....so my suggestion is to pump as much as you can if your going to pump....i personally wouldnt because i did it with my first and my milk supply got so low that it started to dry up so..i wont be doing it this time around!!! And you can still go everywhere and show off your lil man!! Just bring a blanket with you and cover over if your shy!! Good luck hun
