can i be pregnant while breastfeeding and iud mirena

i just had my baby in august 14th and i am breastfeeding him, after 2 months i did birth control mirena in october, i'm being with mirena 4 months and i never had my period after giving a birth. but now i fell like i'am pregnant, i feel deasy, constipated, and tired, want to sleep an any time, did i am pregnant?
how i can do to now if i am pregnant with iud mirena?

You definately CAN get pregnant whike breastfeeding.  That is an old wives tale.  And I dont think any birth control is 100% and that includes mirena.  I would take a home test and see.

Check the strings,  make sure its still in place. Its VERY hard to get pregnant w the iud. But its possible. Try takimg a test. Good luck and remember everything happens for a reason!
