can the baby move back up again?

once the baby drops down, even if its not all the way, can they move back up again?

did the Dr say the baby had dropped? if the baby has "dropped" all the way i don;'t think it can, however the baby can just sit really low for a while without actually having "dropped". I am only 24 weeks with baby #4 and the baby is constantly sitting really low in my stomach (and it's girl! go figure) i feel a lot of the kicks and pokes in my vagina or ovaries (feels really wierd),  but i know she has not dropped just sitting low! also even if they baby has dropped some babies can drop even a month or 2  before they are actually born, so it may not mean much.
