can't breathe!

I'm 12w4d and I feel like I can't breathe at all. It's stressing me out. Anyone know what I can do to get more air?

I feel the same way! I'm 13w1d. And have felt that way since about 11 weeks. What i do is sit in my shower and let the steam do its job! It helps a lot. But not completely, good luck!

Maybe anxiety? Try laying down and slowly breathing in thru your nose and out thru your mouth. Just focus on your breath. It will pass. Keep reminding yourself that The doctor said you and your baby are fine.

My mom said it could be caffeine related so I'm going to lay off of it for a few days and see if I feel better.

Are you getting sick? I can't imagine it being pregnancy related this early, unless it's just increased blood flow, I'm 27w2d and just starting to get short of breath, it's not fun! :(
