can't sleep!

I just recently found out that I'm pregnant and about 5 weeks along. Lately i have not been sleeping well especially as the morning starts to arrive. I used to be able to sleep right through my alarm but now I'm constantly tossing and turning and can't  get comfortable. Has any one experienced this so early on or is this all in my head? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. :)

My doctor recommended I get the OTC sleep aid Unisom. Check with your doctor first. There are two different types of Unisom, and one is okay for baby in the first trimester and one is not. Hope this helps!

Maybe you just have alot going in your head right now, it's alot to take in when you find out your pregnant. Alot to think about, the fact that your whole life has changed, your future, your relationship everything. Stay positive during the day. And congrats :)

I have tried that but doesn't help much. I may consider investing in larger pillow though because the one I have is pretty flat. Thanks! :)
