cm during pregnancy

i am currently 5 and a half weeks pregnant and im afraid i worry about a lot of things as i have had 4 miscarriages. i am currently getting clear thick jelly/egg white like cervical mucus and i am just wondering if this is normal during pregnancy? please help me with some answers, i need to put my mind at rest.

That is hard. I had 4 miscarriages too before I stayed pregnant. Discharge like that is perfectly normal. It happens because of the increase in hormones. If anything it means the pregnancy is going as it should. But try not to worry if it stops. There are so many uncertainties when you've been through what we have. Hang in there. Your baby will come soon enough and he or she will be perfect!

You get a lot of different discharge during pregnancy, and you'll get a whole lot of it. Sometimes I don't see any, and sometimes I see a whole lot (usually in the mornings). It's kinda gross, but nothing to worry about.

thank you so much for answering my question. i was just getting worried as i have never had it as thick as it is now. all of my pregnancy's have ended in missed miscarriages so i never found out i had lost them till i had the scan. i have my 8 week scan on 1st feb and i am really hoping this 1 sticks around as i really really want to be a mummy!

You'll find that discharge is normal throughout the pregnancy. Don't blame you for being worried.
