conception symptoms

what symptoms of conception does one usually get; its too long to wait to do a upt?

I have never got any symptoms early enough to indicate that i was pregnant really before testing...  

With this pregnancy, I had implantation bleeding but even that didnt occur until CD 27 and at that point I thoughti t was my period starting.. I tested 5 days later because after a couple hours, it stopped and never actually turned into blood..

Generally a missed period is the earliest sign someone has that they have conceived..

Though some people will report slight cramps, sore boobs, fatigue a couple days passed ovulation...
