I highly recommend the book, "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" if you are interested in finding out more about your cycle, charting, etc. My MIL bought it for me and I found it really helpful. Good luck. =)

Here is a idea, i will give you my cycle info so you can see what to do !
my cycles are 27 to 29 days , i ovluate on the 12-13 days after i start to bleed, (ovulation can occur anywhere between 12-17 days depending on how long your cycles are, since my cycle is on the shorter side, i will ovualate sooner.
so now how to know if you are ovulating??? well you can do a number of things, you can keep track of your mucus , gross i know but your cervical mucus changes 1 to 2 days before ovulation, to ready your body for a possible pregnancy, second way of tracking is to use those ovulation tests, i would recommend starting to test on the 7th or 9th day after your period starts. Third way is your bbt , your temperature, keep track of your temp every day starting with day 1 of your cycle, the day before you ovulate your temp will take a dip, not a large dip but still a dip, and then the day you ovulate your temp will rise higher then it has been throughout the whole cycle.  ! Keep this in mind once you ovulate you have only a 12 to 24 hour period in which to get pregnant, i recommend having sex once a day starting from day 7 of your period until you get to almost your last day of your cycle! this should help you , please be paitent this takes time for some people ! the more relaxed you are the better your chances ! good luck !

ok, first off, do not stress, stress and baby making do not go well together ! Secondly, i hope your keeping track of your cycles, first off i will need more info to help you, how long are your cycles, (start the count with day 1 of bleeding, then count until you get your next cycle) Secondly most women are not a the same number of days each cycle, so it is good to have a couple of months to track your cycles and then take an average.
get back to me on this and then i can help you further !!!
